Plastic exists since decades now, and have become inseparable part of human existence . It is omnipresent every where and have supported civilisation to grow leaps and bounds .
Everything has its pros and cons so is with plastics. Today it is being portrayed like a monster eating away the environment and creating multiple issues .
So is it a BOON or a BAN ? The Boon has diluted and it is now moving towards Ban .
We cannot do away with Plastics as it has tremendous applicability and adaptability to Packaging requirements and needs. No replacement is available for the quantum required .
What needs to be done is to make it more environment friendly be it collection, recycling, composting or biodegradability.
To do away with heaps of circulation of it and make it compatible to environmental needs .So world is moving towards these viable option to sustain the Environment.
Like a knife can be used to cut fruits or to stab a person , why blame knife , it is the use which is detrimental .Why blame Plastics , when we can with , adaption of new technologies and vision can do away BAN and convert it to BOON again.
